Publishing

Free Distribution Is Not A Compromise. It's A Decision.

July 2026

The way to my own zine doesn't run through the publishing industry. I need no editor to tell me how well a sentence sells. No calculation deciding what gets printed. And no publisher standing between me and the readers. The path stays short. No gap opens between me and the reader. That's not convenience — it's the condition under which I write.
Whoever pays buys a product. I refuse my texts as a purchasable good. Whoever downloads a PDF instead finds a text. I want to be read, not to sell anything. In a world where everything gets translated into prices, what sells is often all that counts. Not what gets read. A text that shouldn't be sold — not because it couldn't be, but because I won't — is not a formality. It's a deliberate refusal. I sell nothing.
Whoever wants the texts has to look for them. In the archive, among the other issues. Without an algorithm. That's inconvenient, and it's intentional. Visibility is also traded as currency. I don't pay with it.
